chief Justice Mr. Iqbal of chennai High court

Chief Justice of Chennai high court Mr. Iqbal not coming to CJI court in proper time daily. Mostly of time he use to come around 11.30 a.m.only, this his regular time. Most of time during afternoon he would not attend court.
