chennai high court judge  ELIPE DHARMARAO not shown the value perqusite availed like rent free residence, free furnishing items, current consumption charges paid by Pay and accounts office, high court, chennai in his form 16 for financial year 2010-11 and 2011-12. in form 16 in space provided 1(b) value of perquisites under section 17(2)not written/ entered/filled. there was tax evasion made by the justice Dharma RAO. and also per only only 10,000/- units of current consumption eliglible for reimbursement, but more than that pay and accounts office, high court, chennai. paying bill. at present there was arrear charges for eb more rs.78,000/-
